Deanne Kaar

Deanne has cultivated her leadership, coaching, and organizational development expertise over many years as a senior leader within the public and not-for-profit sectors. With a strong foundation working across portfolios in health care, government and community settings, she supports leaders in creating a sustainable approach that strengthens the health of an organization.

Deanne uses her background in mental health and addiction services to support leaders in a kind, compassionate and understanding way to develop skills to successfully handle life and work challenges.
